Mergers and Acquisitions

Develops valuation models for the combined entities to evaluate the financial impact of the proposed transaction and effect on current and long-term earnings prospects. Specializes in like-kind exchanges and consults with clients regarding transaction structure for favorable tax treatment.

Business Valuation

Provides business valuation services for clients in the areas of merger and acquisition, structuring buy/sell agreements and business succession planning. Valuation services are performed for clients in many industries, including professional services, manufacturing and construction.

 

Litigation Support

Provides litigation support services in forensic accounting, fraud investigation and the determination of economic damages.
