Assurance Services

Performs audits, reviews and compilation services and consults on the proper application of GAAP to a variety of companies and industries. Technical areas include application of Accounting for Income Taxes (SFAS 109), Fair Value Measurements (SFAS 157) and Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes (FIN 48).  Provides consulting services, including agreed upon services to help strengthen internal controls and overall business processes.

 

Employee Benefit Plans

Provides assurance and consulting services for employee benefit plans and works with plan administrators, trustees and custodians to structure defined benefit and defined contribution plans to comply with all regulatory requirements.

 

Manufacturing

Provides assurance and consulting services for a number of manufacturing companies. Technical areas include derivatives and hedge accounting, strategic planning and strengthening of overall business model.

 

Non-profit Entities

Provides assurance, compliance and consulting services to not-for-profit agencies. Audit services include financial statement assurance and federal compliance with government grants and entitlements. Consults regularly in the areas of development of accounting systems, impact of regulatory compliance requirements, compliance training for administrators and various other special projects.
